Random Inspiration moves us to VISION

Inspiration is so key to life! Being inspired is the first step to Vision! Today was certainly a day of inspiration. First I woke up this morning to snow and ice... In Atlanta, EVERYTHING shuts down when this happens! All of my fam from up north was LAUGHING at how we just shut it down, but this was such a time of reflection for me. First the day was BRIGHTER! With the white snow reflecting the sun you could see so many more things you didn't see before. I had a few conversations that S--T--R--E--T--C--H--E--D me! Yet it was a point of inspiration. Sometimes making hard decisions puts you at a place of inspiration. You are inspired to think differently or do things in a way that you may not normally do it! I wanted to share something someone wrote today and then my response to them:

DREAMS: a sneak peak into your future PRAYER: private prayer produces public power ACTIVE FAITH: this is literally the definition of daily life DARN DREAMS THAT WON'T GO AWAY: VISION .....Inspiration+conviction+action+determination = Vision

NOTHING CAN STOP US NOW! We've gone thru enough now that nothing can stop our faith! BE INSPIRED!

Myspace artist of the day

Bryan J is an up and coming Def Jam artist that I have had the opportunity to work with. Today he is the featured myspace artist and I want to give him a HUGE congrats!!! Greg "3Ghee" Smith is his manager and just so happens to be my oldest brother. Below you will find the video of "Like I'm Obama" live. I was Bryan's vocal coach and I assembled and managed the band. I want to give a HUGE shout out to the whole team. Redzone Entertainment, 3Ghee, Sky Enterprises International, The band (Will Donnie, Payge, JTroy, and Bassie Blue) and our beautiful dancers. The best is yet to come!

So much has happened since we last spoke so lets get to it!

STAN Concert

The Speak To All Nations concert was a huge success! We were able to raise the awareness needed for Global Outreach and we raised a little money for our Egypt trip. 2010 is going to be an awesome time in this aspect of our vision. I have several things planned and today I will be meeting with a Global partner Allan Wiltshire with Mission Minded Artist to discuss our 2010 calendar. We will have several Benefit concerts next year and I want ALL of you to come out and be apart. Our next concert is Friday, January 29, 2010. It is going to be an awesome time!

EGYPT TRIP

Wow, what can I say! This trip was life changing! The people were so awesome, the country was an unbelievable site to see, words cannot express my heart towards the matter. I learned so much about surrender and how important it is to truly know who YOU are so you can help others. (Stay tuned.... I will dedicate a few posts on Egypt only)

THANKSGIVING

Thanksgiving in my world is always an awesome time! My family is fantastic and we had food, spades and trash talking! I love them so much! I was so THANKFUL the entire time to just have them and most of all enjoy them! You know relationships are the most important things in life! Take the time to tell the people around you that you love them and be thankful for them everyday

CHRISTMAS

Well tomorrow is Christmas. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus be thankful for God sacrificing his very best for us. Wow, when I think of that I am reminded of how selfish I can be at times. Most of the time we save our very best for ourselves. Just think if we shared our best with others how much better the world would be today. I love you all and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Working with David and Tamela was an awesome experience! This time in my life was special for MANY reasons! I grew so much as a person and an artist!

Working with Cast members, Nikki Gilbert, Demetria Mckinny (who is now on House of Payne) was awesome! Working with such a great brother like Terrell Carter, whom is extremely talented was phenomenal as well! I have to give a huge shout out to Dita Monique whom was a wonderful friend and who totally understood me! God bless all of my "Meet the Browns" touring family!
